Fruity dish barriers
This is a 7 colour fruit dish for the customers that like much food on the plate
The majority of the dish is of a sweet orange favour, then the lemons to dilute the sweetness of the orange. Blue and black Barry balances the flavours together. The mint neutralises the food.

The meal is for people that do not like to shew much
